Dr. Ramesh Shah (Micro Artist) 5 World Record Holder

Micro artist Dr. Ramesh Shah has brought pride to the country by achieving five world records in micro art. He has surprised the world in the field of micro art and has brought laurels to India. 115 maps of India on a grain of rice, a map of the world and the names of three oceans on a grain of mustard seed, writing India ten times on a piece of human hair, writing the name of Ram 86378 times with a pencil on a postal postcard are his amazing feats, so let’s know about him, Dr. Ramesh Shah was born on 6th December 1963 in Mirik Bazar under Darjeeling district of West Bengal. Presently he lives in Samar Nagar Colony Champasari under Siliguri.  Ramesh Shah started painting from the age of just five. People who knew him from childhood say that as Dr. Shah grew up, he became proficient in painting. Apart from painting, he used to write in very small letters, which were difficult to read with naked eyes.

Dr. Shah makes students and people aware by exhibiting micro art in schools and colleges on important topics like dowry system, environment, drug hygiene, patriotism, opposition to terrorism etc. People are overwhelmed and inspired by his art. His artwork is playing an important role in motivating the youth.

On the other hand, Dr. Shah is also the National President of International Human Rights and Anti Crime Organization. The organization formed by him is playing an important role in serving the people in different states of the country. The organization is providing relief to the victims by serving the helpless people and solving thousands of cases of domestic abuse. Also, it is playing an important role for the country by reducing the increasing burden of cases in the courts. During the Covid period, the International Human Rights and Anti Crime Organization has performed well by serving the people in different states of the country. In view of the service of Dr. Shah, the University of New Jerusalem Medical College and Hospital, located in Vellore under Tamil Nadu has awarded him the standard doctorate degree. Also, he has been honored from time to time by various organizations.  Apart from this, former President of India late Pranab Mukherjee, former Chief Minister of Delhi late Sheila Dixit, former Tourism Minister of India late Jagmohan, former culture minister Lt Anant Kumar former captain of Indian cricket team Kapil Dev, Saurabh Ganguly, politician Amar Singh, film star Shahrukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Jaya Prada, singer late Manna Dey, Bappilahidi and other famous personalities have praised the service and art of Dr. Ramesh Shah. If we look at the history, Dr. Sah has dedicated his life to the service of the country.

On 20 July 1999, Shah painted pictures of the entire Kargil war on rice grains to boost the morale of the soldiers during the Kargil war.

On 13 August 1994, he expressed his support for the Vande Mataram song controversy by writing the entire national anthem and the Vande Mataram song on a grain of rice.

On 11 September 2001, Shah came into the limelight by painting the tragedy of the World Trade Center on rice grains and opposing terrorism.

On 28 May 2003, Shah came into the limelight by painting pictures of Mount Everest’s world champion Tenzin Norgay, Hillary and Mount Everest on rice grains.

In an effort to improve Indo-Pak relations, he sent the world’s smallest greeting card to Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf through Siliguri SDO on 28 December 2004.

On 10 August 2005, during the successful testing of Discovery, Shah congratulated the Discovery scientists by drawing pictures on rice grains.

On 10 February 2006, the world’s smallest telephone diary (10 mm x 10 mm) was made.

On 25/3/2006, Shah showed his patriotism by drawing one hundred and fifty national flags on rice grains.

When the Taj Hotel was attacked on 16/6/2006, Shah raised his voice against terrorism by drawing the scene of the terrorist attack on the Taj Hotel on his nails.

Shah also keeps a close eye on international events. He also keeps pictures of the Iraq war.  1/1 (In 2007, the scene of Saddam Hussein’s hanging on a grain of rice and the Iraq war was successful in making headlines.

During the voting to include Taj Mahal in the seven wonders of the world, Shah had appealed to the people to vote by drawing a picture of Taj Mahal on his nail on 2/7/2007.

On 9/6/2010, Shah demonstrated his excellent art by making a one-inch FIFA World Cup out of clay during the FIFA World Cup Football World Cup.

On the occasion of 15 August, on 14/8/2012, an appeal for peace was made in Assam by making a picture of Gandhiji on the nail.

On 1/10/2016, when the brave Indian soldiers entered Pakistan and killed the terrorists by doing a surgical strike, Shah saluted the army by making a picture of the surgical strike on his nail.

On 3 March 2019, Shah saluted our army by making a picture of the surgical strike on the nail.

On 6 September 2019, he congratulated the scientists by making a picture of Chandrayaan landing on the moon.

On 5 August 2022, the Honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi was going to perform Bhoomi Pujan for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. On such an auspicious and historical day, Dr. Sah created a stir by making a picture of a very beautiful grand Ram temple on his nails.  And it was published prominently in the media.
